Berlin: area by area - East of the Centre – Heiliger St. Georg im Kampf mit dem Drachen

Bronze Statue "Heiliger St. Georg im Kampf mit dem Drachen" (Holy St.Georg fighting with the dragon) by the sculptor August Kiss from the year 1853.
The Statue was original situated at the Berliner palace courtyard and has now found its place at the bank of the Spree amidst the Nikolai Quarter.
