The stars of Berlin: Grunewald Park






















Starting at the S-Bahnhof Grunewald, the Grunewald with its numerous lakes extends to the outskirts.
Together with its Wannsee lakes, this splendid forest is the city's most popular retreat. In good weather Berliners come out in force, swimming, sailing their boats, tramping through the woods, and riding horseback. In winter a downhill ski run and even a ski jump operate on the modest slopes of Teufelsberg Hill.
It was really cold and I was freezing there, anyway worth for the pictures and the good company.
