Also known as “Le Roi d’Espagne” was a showpiece built by the wealthy and powerful guild of bakers. The 1676 octagonal copper dome is topped by a dancing golden figure.The gilt bust over the front entrance represents St. Aubert, patron saint of bakers. A vast bust of Charles Iiof Spain sits in stone drapery on the third floor.
